Chad is a founder of Assurance Forensic Accounting. Throughout his career, he has analyzed thousands of claims for income loss, inventory loss or fraud. Furthermore, he has provided expert testimony in both federal and state courts regarding matters of accounting analysis, lost income, fraud and the evaluation of financial projections. In addition to his experience in forensic accounting, Chad has a solid traditional accounting and business advisory background with substantial experience in the preparation and audit of financial statements, as well as the preparation and review of complex income tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
Chad is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and is Certified in Financial Forensics through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University, where he graduated with the highest academic honor of Summa Cum Laude. Chad also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. While in school, Chad was nominated to Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.
Chad often serves as an instructor on business income loss, inventory loss and fraud matters. He has presented continuing education seminars to insurance professionals, attorneys and accountants. He also authors the firm's Hound Blog. Outside of the office, Chad enjoys the outdoors. He is a fitness enthusiast and participates in cycling events and triathlons.

Dennis is a founder of Assurance Forensic Accounting. He specializes in handling claims and losses related to business income, employee dishonesty, and inventory, and he has been doing so since 1990. Dennis earned his bachelor of business administration from Georgia State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dennis also helped defend our country early in his career by serving on board the nuclear submarine, the USS Sandlance. Dennis is well versed in the complexities of our industry and has given many seminars to help adjusters learn the intricacies of calculating losses themselves. Away from the office, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally sneaking off to the lake for a quiet day of fishing.

Jeff has more than 13 years of diversified accounting experience in forensic/investigative consulting, auditing, financial analysis, business risk analysis and management consulting services.
The majority of his career has been specialized in forensic accounting and loss measurement consulting for insurance claims and litigation support. He has performed countless financial analyses of business interruption, inventory loss and fraud claims, as well as related litigation support services, including expert testimony. Additionally, Jeff has made numerous presentations to members of the insurance industry, corporate executives and legal and accounting professionals.
Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his growing family and outdoor pursuits, including hunting, fishing and camping.

Mark is the firm’s director of business development. He serves the forensic accounting community through strategic planning, marketing, coordination of educational seminars and press initiatives aimed at building industry awareness.
Mark has more than 20 years of development and marketing experience and has worked in the professional services, manufacturing and hi-tech industries. His experience includes product development and branding, raising venture capital, forecasting and implementing customer relationship management systems.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in marketing.
Mark’s hobbies include playing the piano and learning the art of karate with his son.
