We understand that timeliness is critical to you and your insured; therefore, we provide written acknowledgment of the assignment and make contact with the insured within one business day. Additionally, we also return all calls from an adjuster or insured within one business day.

The Ten Day Turnaround
In order for us to complete our evaluation, we will need to obtain specific documentation from the insured or claimant. We provide a written request for this information and follow up regularly until the information is received. Once we receive all necessary documentation, we work to complete our evaluation and issue a report within 10 business days.

We want our clients to feel as though they can always reach us to ask questions or maybe just check to see how a file is progressing. With the Forensic File Center, you can always see where we stand on a file by accessing a secure section of our website. Once you are logged into the Forensic File Center, you can get an update on the status and history of a file, obtain a report, post comments to a file, or search our knowledge center.

With our Assurance Live system, you can send instant messages to our firm members for a question and answer session. You can also email a copy of the transcript for your file records.

First, we make sure that our analysis on a file is thorough and accurate. Secondly, we make sure our reports are self-sufficient, which means they stand on their own and don't require the reader to have any pre-existing knowledge about the situation at hand.

Why do we do it this way? We know there are a lot of potential users of our reports: an adjuster, a backup adjuster, another accountant, an attorney, the insured, or even a juror may have to review our work.
